COURTNEY ROSELLE

Courtney has excelled as an athlete all her life. She started off finding her purpose within CrossFit, and later went on to become winner of Titan of the East on “The Rock’s” NBC Titan Games, creating her own business under IRON*GRACE, and earning countless certifications. Courtney has also been known to have trained the CEO of both Verizon & Yahoo. She stays motivated by her family, and being the best role model for those around her. Personal training has become a lifestyle for Courtney, as she has made it her mission to help people reach their goals by sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm for fitness. She encourages others to lead by their own example and continuously stay fueled by that purpose and passion.
