Membership questions
- What is included in every membership?
- Every XCEL membership includes everything: strength and performance floor, cardio, heated indoor pool and lap lanes, sauna and locker rooms, functional turf, boxing and unlimited group fitness classes.
- Is there an enrollment fee?
- Essential 6-Month: $49 enrollment fee. Essential 12-Month: no enrollment fee, plus a $99 annual maintenance fee. Basic Month-to-Month: $49 enrollment fee. Fees are charged once at signup and shown in checkout before you pay.
- How does my first payment work?
- Your first payment is prorated: you only pay for the days left in the current month, and full monthly billing starts on the 1st. Each plan card above shows your exact first payment if you join today.
- Do memberships renew automatically?
- Yes. Memberships renew automatically at the end of the term, month to month, until cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- Can I try it first?
- Yes. Claim a free day pass and use the whole gym for a day, including the pool and a group fitness class.
